Come to this presentation to learn from Feminist Fight Club members, Erin and Brit, about eight research-backed behaviors to build trust, investigate how social identities can impact those behaviors and the supervisory relationship, and build skills to be a more socially just supervisor. A foundational knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion topics is recommended.
