January 15: FFC @ CSU – Fight Moves for the Workplace

The FFC @ CSU uses and builds upon the book Feminist Fight Club to help create a structure of shared language and strategies to identify and address problematic behavior.

One of the key parts of the book is using fight moves to disrupt the “enemy” (problematic behaviors), these are not actually “fighting” moves, but rather clever and intersectional ways to help change the culture of how women and people from other marginalized groups are treated in professional spaces. This session will focus on a few “enemies” and fight moves to address the issues from the book, as well as discussing some of the fight moves that the FFC @ CSU have created over the last year that are specific to experiences in higher education.
