The Women & Gender Collaborative is now offering a structured way to support, develop, and increase meaningful involvement among diverse and passionate employees who wish to serve on committees to advance gender equity across campus.
This session will introduce the Systems-Based Leadership Development through Service model, which will be used to inform various programming and recommending efforts through the Women & Gender Collaborative and increase opportunities for employees to learn, work, and grow together to support inclusive culture change.
