CSU women faculty and staff in the early stages of their careers are invited to apply for a special professional opportunity.
Drawing on over 40 years of experience with women’s leadership development, HERS is partnering with CSU to offer a new program for CSU women employees: HERS at CSU Women’s Leadership Workshops. The 2017 workshops will be delivered on campus in three 2-hour seminars once a month in February, March, and April. The activities will include working with a mentor to complete a short project that serves the University mission to make CSU the best place for women to work and learn.
Women who have been working full-time in higher education for 1-6 years are invited to apply for the 36 spaces available for this program in Spring 2017.
The HERS at CSU Women’s Leadership Workshops are funded by the Women and Gender Collaborative and free for selected applicants. This program is also provided in partnership with the Office of the Vice President for Diversity and the Office of Equal Opportunity.
Deadline to apply has been extended to January 4th, 2017. Decisions will be announced the week of January 12th.
