March 19: What Does It Take to Make It in Larimer and Weld Counties?

Attend an interactive educational event to learn what it really takes to make it in Larimer and Weld counties.

The income needed to meet the costs of basic needs has increased in all Colorado counties since 2001, and Larimer and Weld counties are at the top of the list. Women, particularly single mothers, experience higher levels of income inadequacy and are more likely to struggle.

Join The Women’s Foundation of Colorado and the Colorado Center on Law and Policy in partnership with The United Way of Larimer County and The United Way of Weld County for an interactive educational event on the new Self-Sufficiency Standard of 2018. We’ll explore the real costs of living in Larimer and Weld counties and discuss what steps we need to take as a community to help women and their families make ends meet.
