The Office of the Vice President for Diversity will sponsor the 2018 Social Justice Leadership Institute.

Over two days, participants will gain key concepts for social justice education and implementation of inclusive policies and practices. Participants will explore what it means to infuse diversity and inclusion best practices into the life of an organization.

Facilitator: Dr. Kathy Obear

Dr. Obear has over 25 years of experience as a trainer and organizational development consultant specializing in creating inclusion, team and organizational effectiveness, conflict resolution, and change management.
