Trump’s Global Gag Rule is a devastating blow to millions in the developing world. Clinics and organizations providing lifesaving reproductive and other critical global health care will be forced to shut their doors if they so much as mention the word abortion. Trump’s Global Gag Rule will prevent organizations from receiving crucial funding for contraception, maternal health care, HIV/AIDS, and Zika, and will result in a spike of unintended pregnancy and maternal death worldwide.
