Community guidelines
Employee Advocacy Groups (EAGs) at Colorado State University are places to offer support, resources, and communication. EAGs are open to all CSU faculty, staff, and graduate students. EAGs are intended to be a space where members can feel comfortable sharing their needs, supporting one another, practicing healthy boundaries, and developing their agency.
Participation in EAGs is completely voluntary. Members are encouraged to engage to whatever degree feels appropriate for them. Everyone has equal opportunity for participation within the group, and all members have a role in ensuring that equal opportunity is maintained while working together.
Members are expected to positively contribute to building community, sharing resources, advocating for policy change, offering and attending workshops, fostering collaborations, and supporting each other personally and professionally.
Members are accountable to each other and the CSU community at large, and are responsible for open and professional communication and transparency within the EAG. To ensure a positive and respectful environment within EAGs, all members are expected to follow these community guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the group.
