Collaborations for Student Success
Informed by Institutional Research data demonstrating opportunities to eliminate persistence and graduation gaps, the Divisions of Academic and Student Affairs are working collaboratively toward the success of racially minoritized students in science, technology, engineering, math, and medical disciplines.
In collaboration with five academic colleges hosting more than 50% STEMM majors, Student Diversity Programs and Services, the Career Center, and the Alumni Association, United in STEMM (US) is designed to solidify institutional support in creating a deeper sense of belonging, both in colleges and through more intentional connections with alumni and professionals of color. US also provides more equitable pathways to internships, job opportunities, and graduate and/or professional school.
